KENT COUNTY, Mich. — A man is dead after a crash between a motorcycle and a vehicle in Plainfield Township on Saturday evening, according to the Kent County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said just after 7 p.m. KCSO, the Plainfield Fire Department and LIFE EMS responded to a crash at Plainfield Avenue and Mark Street.
KCSO said the preliminary investigation showed that a 21-year-old Plainfield Township man was driving a 2016 Yamaha motorcycle southbound on Plainfield Avenue at a high speed when he crashed into a 2023 Volvo B5 turning westbound onto Mark Street.
