OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. — No one was hurt after a fire at a mobile home park in Park Township on Friday morning, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said around 6:20 a.m. OCSO and multiple fire crews were dispatched to Holiday West Mobile Home Park for smoke coming out of a mobile home.
When units arrived on scene, they said there was heavy smoke and fire coming from a mobile home.
OCSO said everyone in the mobile home was able to get out safely.
Fire crews and a neighbor helped to get a dog out through the window and provided it with oxygen. A cat was able to get out of the mobile home on its own.
Deputies said the fire was put out by fire crews and Red Cross was advised to help the residents.
The fire is still under investigation.
