GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — After years of construction, Studio Tower Park is officially open and residents are beginning to move in.

The residential tower, which stands sixteen stories tall on top of the Studio Park garage, has 160 units total—and nearly a third of those units have already been leased.

The apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies, walk-in closets and walk-in showers. Each loft also has its own washer and dryer along with Whirlpool appliances.

Located in Grand Rapids' entertainment district, the tower is near a variety of concert venues, local restaurants and bars. Studio Park itself also offers a movie theater, onsite dining, an outdoor piazza and more.

Studio Park officials say the ease of access to the city as well as the tower's amenities—like a dog wash, fitness center, indoor pool, keyless entry and more—are the real draws for residents to live in the tower.

There are studio, one bedroom and two bedroom layouts available. There are also 25 condos with "stunning skyline views."

A ribbon cutting will be held Tuesday afternoon with remarks from Grand Rapids Mayor Rosalynn Bliss and J.D. Loeks.
