Tommy's Express locations across Michigan are getting into the Halloween spirit.

MICHIGAN, USA — Ever wanted to be scared while your car gets clean? Well, surprisingly, a West Michigan business has just the thing for you.

On October 25 and 26, Tommy's Express Car Wash on Plainfield Avenue is hosting an event of creepy cleanliness.

The Tunnel of Terror event takes cars through their car wash—with just a couple of twists.

"We'll get you our best wash, and you're going to be nice and scared," said Easton Mayhew, the general manager.

As you drive through their tunnel, all the lights will be tarped off so it's dark, and a radio will be blasting some spooky Halloween tunes. Then the animatronics and costumed actors will take over.

"It's a really good time. The community loves it, and we just love to have it," said Mayhew.

The event is $25 per car and takes place from 7 to 10 p.m. both nights.

In its third year, the Tunnel of Terror has been wildly popular. Mayhew says lines have previously wrapped around their building and adjoining parking lots.

If you plan on attending, be sure to get there early and prep some snacks for a little wait, as the Tommy's team hopes for an even larger turnout this year.
