COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. — The newest addition to the LMCU Ballpark has a name, thanks to a new partnership between SpartanNash and the West Michigan Whitecaps

Under the terms of the agreement, the new suite-level club in the ballpark will be branded as the "Family Fare Clubhouse."

SpartanNash is a West Michigan food solutions company and Family Fare, a supermarket chain, is a division of it.

The new club will have various giveaway opportunities for Whitecaps fans at games, including Family Fare swag and coupons.

"This collaboration represents a shared commitment to providing exceptional experiences for fans while fostering a sense of community and togetherness," the Whitecaps said in a release.

In addition to hosting groups during games, the Family Fare Clubhouse will be used for non-gameday corporate events, meetings, receptions, conferences and more.

The club has space for up to 200 people and will be used year-round. It has a private entrance, a private bar, stadium chef-prepared food and access to public batting cages.

“At SpartanNash, we are dedicated to finding meaningful opportunities to engage with the communities we serve,” said SpartanNash Director of Retail Marketing Jessica Wong. “As a Grand Rapids-based company, we are deeply rooted in our community, and we understand the joy that Whitecaps games bring to fans. We’re delighted to contribute to these moments and are honored to create lasting memories with the Family Fare Clubhouse.

The Family Fare Clubhouse is expected to be open for events by the fall.
