The crash happened around 12:57 p.m. at the intersection of Whitehall Road and River Road in Laketon Township.
Deputies say a Chevy Trailblazer was driving south on Whitehall Road when the driver ran a red light at the intersection of River Road.
The Trailblazer was hit by a Nissan Frontier that was headed west on River Road, which had a green light.
