WYOMING, Mich. — A woman is dead after a shooting in Wyoming on Sunday afternoon, according to the Wyoming Police Department.
Around 12:40 p.m. police responded to the 3400 block of Bluebird Avenue Southwest for a report of a shooting.
When they arrived, officers said they found a 25-year-old Wyoming woman with multiple gunshot wounds.
She was taken to a local hospital for treatment but died from her injuries, police said.
WPD said they do have a suspect in custody.
Wyoming Police Detectives and Forensic Services Unit are continuing an investigation of the shooting.
