IONIA COUNTY, Mich. — An Ionia County man is celebrating after winning a Club Keno The Jack jackpot prize—but this isn't his first time winning the lottery.

66-year-old Marc Finkbiner, of Portland, recently took home a $148,443 jackpot while playing Club Keno The Jack. He bought his winning ticket while playing at Hot Shots Tavern in Portland.

Finkbiner said he had won $3 playing Club Keno and decided to buy another ticket.

"I was watching the drawings and saw that all eight of my The Jack numbers were drawn and when the jackpot reset to $10,000, I knew I really won!" Finkbiner said. "When I showed my wife the ticket and told her I’d just won $148,443 she was amazed!"

Finkbiner recently visited lottery headquarters to claim his prize. He said he plans to use his winnings to save for retirement.

While his jackpot win is lifechanging, this isn't Finkbiner's first time taking home a win with Club Keno The Jack.

"I won a $29,048 Club Keno The Jack prize back in 2015, so I am thrilled that I won again," he said. "Even though I’ve already won twice, I plan to keep playing because I believe there are more big wins in store for me!”

The Jack is a Club Keno add-on game. Players pick eight numbers to match the Club Keno numbers that are drawn. Prizes range from $1 to the jackpot. The jackpot begins at $10,000 and grows until a player wins it. In order to win the jackpot, the player must match all eight numbers.
