Want to be a millionaire? Don’t play this Michigan lotto instant game

The game costs $30 to play, but don't waste your money if you're not OK with winning a smaller prize.

If you’re dreaming of a big lottery payout, there’s one Michigan Lottery instant game you don’t want to play.

The lottery’s $100,000,000 Diamond scratch-off game has zero of its four $4-million prizes remaining, according to the Michigan Lottery website.

Of the lottery’s 22 active instant games available at retailers with prizes of $1 million or more, it’s the only one that doesn’t have a top prize still available.

Two of the $4-million prizes were won by Oakland County men, another by a Kalamazoo County man and one by a Detroit man, according to the Michigan Lottery website. The winning tickets were purchased in Redford, Waterford, Kalamazoo and Detroit.

The game costs $30 to play, but don’t waste your money if you’re not OK with winning a smaller prize.

The lottery website tracks the number of starting and remaining prize amounts for each of its instant games and makes the numbers available to players.

Did you buy a $100,000,000 Diamonds ticket? Don’t worry. There are still plenty of chances to win smaller prizes.

As of May 15, these prizes remain:

If you’re determined to find a ticket worth at least $1 million, these games still have all the top prizes available:

Classic Black: Three $2-million prizes available

Diamond Dazzler: Three $2-million prizes available

Royal Win: Three $1-million prizes available

Super Bonus Cashword: Three $1-million prizes available
