MUSKEGON, Mich. - A 22 year old man who was shot Tuesday night outside Balcom's Cove has died, according to Muskegon Police.
Police are not identifying the Muskegon County resident.
The shooting happened around 7:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25 near the parking garages at the condo development on Muskegon Lake.
The alleged shooter was taken into custody. An investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
Wednesday detectives are expected to meet with the Muskegon County Prosecutor. The alleged shooter has not been charged and is being held in the Muskegon County Jail.
Balcom's Cove Condominiums is located in the 2900 block of Lakeshore Drive.
Police say the alleged shooter and man who died knew each other, but wouldn't say what that relationship was.
