KALAMAZOO COUNTY, Mich. — Authorities in Kalamazoo County are investigating after two armed men slipped into an apartment in Oshtemo Township, robbed the homeowner at gunpoint and then stole his car Tuesday morning.
Just after 6 a.m., the Sheriff's Office was called to the 700 block of Drake Road to investigate a home invasion.
Police believe two suspects entered the apartment through an unlocked sliding door before robbing him at gunpoint.
The men took the victim's green 2011 Ford Focus with Wisconsin plates.
Both suspects were described as standing about 6' tall with medium builds. The pair had black medical masks on and both were armed with handguns.
Anyone with information that can help police solve this crime is asked to call the Kalamazoo County Sheriff's Office or Silent Observer.
