On Friday, Willis' attorney asked to submit portions of a police interview with Willis' cousin Kevin Bluhm as evidence.
The lawyer claims it was actually Bluhm who killed Bletsch and not Jeffrey Willis. The judge halted the trial on Friday so he could look over the information.
The judge is making a decision on that evidence today.
