Grand Rapids Rise shows appreciation for fans in last game of season

The Grand Rapids Rise celebrate a win over the Orlando Valkyries.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — If you haven't yet had a chance to check out Grand Rapids' professional volleyball team, you've got one more chance to see them play at Van Andel Arena during their inaugural season. 

The Grand Rapids Rise will be playing their last game on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. Doors open at 4:15 p.m. for season-ticket members and 4:30 p.m. for the general public. 

The game is also Fan Appreciation Night for the Rise, and fans in attendance will receive a mystery bag filled with a promotional giveaway item from this season. 

Sunday is Family Day and fans will be able to enjoy $1 small Pepsi drinks and $1 small ice cream cups from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. 

The match is being televised nationally on CBS Sports Network. 

For 30 minutes after the match, select Rise players will sign autographs in the north tunnel below section 101.
