2 drivers seriously injured after crash in Holland, 1 ejected from vehicle

OCSO said the jeep driver was not wearing a seatbelt. Both drivers were brought to nearby hospitals by ambulance with serious injuries.

HOLLAND, Mich. — Two people are in the hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Holland Twp. around 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.

The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) said a 21-year-old Holland resident was driving a Jeep South on 120th Ave. near Willow Wood North when they crossed the center line, striking a 2021 GMC pickup. The pickup was being driven by a 46-year-old Holland resident traveling north.

The driver of the Jeep was ejected from the vehicle. OCSO said the Jeep driver was not wearing a seatbelt. Both drivers were brought to nearby hospitals by ambulance with serious injuries.

The crash left 120th closed for some time for investigation and clean up.

OCSO said they are continuing to investigate the crash.
