KENT COUNTY, Mich. — No one was injured after a semi jackknifed on westbound I-96 Wednesday morning.
Authorities said it happened around 6:45 a.m. at exit 31B. Details about the crash are limited, but Michigan State Police say speed was a factor.
The Walker Fire Department also responded to help clean up the wreck and said that there were no injuries in the crash.
The ramp was closed for several hours. The Michigan Department of Transportation said the ramp reopened around 10:10 a.m.
