No serious injuries after school bus crash on snowy roads

A minivan lost control on the snowy roads and crashed into the bus with 30 kids on board.

OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. — The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office reported nobody was seriously injured in a crash involving a West Ottawa school bus and a minivan.

The Sheriff's Office said a 44-year-old Holland woman was driving the minivan East on Riley Street near 146th Avenue in Park Township.

The woman lost control on snow-covered road and slid into westbound traffic.

The minivan hit a West Ottawa Public Schools bus with 30 students on board.

The Sheriff's Office said no students aboard the bus reported injures, the driver of the minivan was brought to the hospital with minor injuries. A 15-year-old passenger in the minivan also reported no injuries.
