GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A man was killed Thursday night after he was hit by a car on Plainfield Avenue.
Police say the incident happened around 10 p.m. in the 3200 block of Plainfield Avenue when a 60-year-old man was hit by a car.
Responding officers attempted life-saving measures, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver remained at the scene and has been cooperating with the investigation, police say.
