MUSKEGON, Mich. — The Muskegon County Airport announced Thursday that Denver Air Connection will be coming to the airport on Nov. 1.
"It's official! Reliable all-weather jet service returns to Muskegon County Airport on November 1st with Denver Air Connection," read their Facebook post.
Back in April, the Muskegon County Board of Commissioners recommended that Denver Air be selected as the airport's next Essential Air Service Provider.
The Colorado-based airline will offer 24 weekly flights to and from Chicago O'Hare International Airport with its Embraser 50-seat regional jets.
"This exciting announcement marks a significant milestone in Muskegon's long-awaited return to reliable, all-weather jet service," read a statement from the airport.
