GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Sunday marks Easter, with many activities happening across West Michigan. Whether it’s attending church services, partaking in egg hunts, or spending time with family and friends, the forecast is expected to cooperate!
EASTER WEEKEND FORECAST
A passing low pressure system early Saturday will bring an increasing chance of rain overnight Friday into Saturday. The likelihood of rain will be mostly confined to Saturday morning, with a drying trend – albeit cloudy – expected throughout the second half of the day. Temperatures on Saturday will range from the 40s towards US-10 to the middle 50s near I-94.
Dry conditions are expected to prevail Sunday, but skies will trend mostly cloudy to overcast the entirety of the day. The exception is near and southward of I-94, with a small rain chance towards the late afternoon and evening hours. Temperatures will start in the 30s, with a climb near 50°, which is seasonable for the last day of March.
