Severe thunderstorm warnings have been issued for all of West Michigan as strong storms are expected to roll in overnight.
These storms have the risk of producing damaging wind gusts, which could knock out power.
The storms are expected to hit the Lake Michigan shoreline around midnight and move across the region throughout the night. The severe storm warnings are in effect until 4 a.m.
The main threat of these storms could produce damaging winds, lightning, heavy rain and the possibility of hail.
