Maren Morris performing at Van Andel Arena in August

The Grammy-winning country music star will share the stage with her Portage-native husband Ryan Hurd.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Grammy-winning country music artist Maren Morris will be playing at Van Andel Arena as part of her nationwide tour, RVSP: The Tour, on Aug. 28, the arena announced Wednesday.

The concert is at 7 p.m. Tickets go on sale on Friday, March 6 at 10 a.m. online, Van Andel and the Devos Place box offices. There is a purchase limit of eight tickets per order.

Tickets are available for presale for Citi cardmembers, as it is the official credit card of the tour, according to ASM Global, that manages Van Andel. Presale tickets go on sale on Tuesday, March 3 at 10 a.m. For presale, there is a purchase limit of four tickets. 

Morris will be touring for her most recent album, "GIRL" which went platinum.

Feb. 22 marked Morris' 26th week on the Billboard Country Airplay chart for her song "The Bones". It was on top for two weeks in a row. Her single "Girl" topped the charts last summer.

In 2016, Morris won the best country solo performance for her song, "My Church" which was on her album "Hero". She has also been recognized for other Grammy nominations including record of the year for her song with Zedd, "The Middle". 

At Van Andel, Morris will share the stage with her Portage-native husband Ryan Hurd, who will be her supporting act. Hurd is a country music artist as well and also writes songs for other country music stars. He has written hit songs such as "Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset" for Luke Bryan. 

Hurd is also touring for his latest EP, "Platonic". He will be performing in Detroit on Feb. 29.
