MICHIGAN, USA — Election Day is here! Millions of people across the United States have already cast their ballots during the early voting period. If you're hoping to vote in person on Election Day, polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. in Michigan.
Even if you haven't registered to vote, Michigan offers same-day registration. You will have to do so at your local clerk's office.
If you're already registered, all you have to do is show up to your polling location. But where is that?
If you don't know where your polling location is, the Michigan Voter Information Center can help you find it. You can visit their site, mvic.sos.state.mi.us, to find your polling location in order to cast your ballot.
All you'll need to do is enter some information so they can help figure out what precinct you're in to direct you to your polling location.
Polls close at 8 p.m. on Election Day. However, if you're already in line when the polls close you can still wait and you will be able to cast your ballot.
