HOUSTON — :56The stage is set at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas for a clash between two unbeaten teams in the College Football Playoff National Championship.
#1 Michigan takes on #2 Washington at 7:45 p.m. Monday night.
The two schools have met 13 times on the gridiron, with Michigan taking home eight victories, including their most recent matchup in 2021.
Michigan defeated Alabama in overtime at the Rose Bowl to make their way to the national title game since their win in 1997.
Washington took down Texas in the Sugar Bowl last week and now have their eyes set on their first national championship since 1991.
